Elaine was readily available for service advice. She is pleasant and able to provide timely support when my car was sent for repairs at Vins Automotive Group workshop, Sin Ming. There a comfortable waiting area too.

My car was repaired through insurance claim through Vin's motor Pte Ltd. Elaine processed my claim on the other party and arranged for a replacement car. The turnaround for the repair was timely in about 3 days. The total claim was also made on the other party. Throughout the process, Elaine kept in touch with me to ensure that I'm updated. Best service!
