Went to Vin's to make an insurance claim and the staff there Eric made the experience smooth and reassuring. His followup was very good and the quality of the body repair works at Vin's is of high quality. Highly recommended!

Had my first car accident and was at a loss of what to do. My insurer told us to go to this workshop. Was very lucky to have Elaine attend to us and walk us through the admin and all the details. I got rear ended and went to Vin's, they handled my third party claim swiftly with clear explanations and advice to me. The whole process was professional and efficient. Eric was very helpful and kept me updated. Got my car back within one week!

My car got hit at the rear during an accident so i went to my insurance panel list and Vins motor came up first due to the good reviews.

Elaine who was our car handler helped us very well with all our paper work, coordinating and even helped us expedite our car repair by almost a week! She was so helpful and very responsive when we asked for updates, and made sure everything was handled well before handing us the car back. I would recommend Vins motor and Elaine for their service, responsiveness and most importantly, repairing your car. Thank you Vins and Elaine!!

Took my car in after a small accident. Was served by Elaine who took AMAZING care of me. Handled all the paperwork with no stress. Organised a comfortable replacement car. Decided to get car serviced with them while repairing the vehicle. Also changed battery and tyres (cost was reasonable). They even kindly extended FREE 1st time servicing costs. On top of that I returned the car with a full tank (had taken it with a quarter tank) and they refunded the overage in full. Can't recommend them enough. Well done to Elaine and her team. Insurance claim. Other workshop cant even provide a quote for my insurer to authorise the repair but this shop can. At least, the repair gets going. When I highlight repair taking little too long, workshop provide a short term car for a couple of days at no extra cost. Old car but can move around still not too bad. Best experience of all is customer service Elaine. Very responsive since day 1 booked in car. She doesn't ignore my message even when on leave. Went there to do my accident reporting on a Saturday , was serve by a young lady call Elaine, she explained clearly the process of claim and I on my way to do my own stuff. Left my car there for a few days and had my car taken care of, Elaine then ensure the car is properly handed-over . Few weeks later she follow up on her work to ensure everything is fine .
