Had an accident , car was hit. Searched for an authorized workshop that is open in Sunday. Found Vin's motor at sin min autocity Was served by Elaine on a Sunday morning She was professional , competent in answering my concerns about claims, repair updates. Her fast WhatsApp update is top notch. When collecting car, Elaine took me through what was repaired and informed me the one year warranty. My fuel tank was empty and I requested her if her workshop could top up some fuel. 1.5 litre was topped up without any hesitation. This process if claiming damage and repair was a little stressful. But Elaine made it more pleasant and reassuring. I am grateful for her service. And would recommend anyone to Vin's motor for routine service , repair and insurance claim. A big shout out & THANK YOU to HAKIM who had assisted me from the moment i reached the workshop till my car was done & Delivered. Hassle free experience from lost to relief especially for 1st timer who encountered accident claim. HAKIM very friendly, knowledgeable & Even go extra miles to top up petrol & Deliver my car to me while I'm away from Singapore. His service level beyond expectation. Highly recommend Vin's Automotive & You may look for HAKIM to service you with free of mind.

Was in an auto accident and pretty shook up. Shu Yaw took great care of my case, explaining patiently to me and walking through the entire process with me. Afterwords, the repair process was smooth and even faster than expected. Couldn't have asked for better service. More than 5 out of 5 stars.

Had problem with the car, towed to Vin's Automotive for repair. Met with team of helpful and efficient personnel who gave very professional and informative advice. Repair works were done swiftly. Went to Vin motor to repair my car after I got into an accident. Eric was assigned to handle my case and he came across as very sincere and helpful to assist me with my accident claims. Eric also ensured that the repairs was done quickly and I had a smooth process of handing over and taking over my car after repairs. Exceeded my expectations. I strongly recommend to go to vin motor

Elaine, the epitome of outstanding service was patient in answering my many questions when my car was hit while parked at the roadside. Special shout out to Customer officer, Elaine who surely went beyond her call of duty to respond my weekend and after office enquires, even whilst she is unwell. Went to Vin's Motor Pte Ltd at Sin Ming to file an insurance report after I got rear-ended. I was attended to by Elaine, who was really friendly and helpful in not only filing the report, but also explaining each step of the process and what to expect. I was also appreciative of her finding a replacement car that suited my needs (needed one with ISOFIX) while my car was at the workshop. Went to Vin's for an accident claim and Elaine was very helpful to assist me even though I came in at around 4pm on a Sunday (their closing time). She stayed back to help with my accident claim and also ensured that I had a smooth insurance claim process.
