In 1989, the company started to manufacturer new fragrances (safari, amber, etc) for household and office use. As business improved and progressed, the factory started to take a step further into inventing and manufacturing all types of car care and motor care products from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and marketed them under the "WAXCO" brand name in 1992.
As the first brand of "Made in Malaysia" car care products registered in Malaysia, the management of the WAXCO products eventually is manufacturing them as 100% local products using the local materials under the private labelling OEM for numerous leading names in the industry.
