I tried this on my 5yr old Kia Cerato. I used to get 558km for a full tank. After using Caltex Techron Fuel Cleaner, i managed to get 638km on a full tank. I just dumped entire bottle on an empty tank before refueling. Can feel the difference.

Pour the whole container into the fuel tank before my next petrol pump at Caltex Station.

Immediately feel the difference. Smoother ride, lesser engine noise and when the I-stop reactivated it smoother and bascially minimal noise from the engine compared to last time without using it. Maybe using it together with caltex petrol and TCP together?

For performance wise, have not feel any significant difference yet.

After reading all the reviews from fellow members, i decide to buy a bottle of TCP to try myself too. The result was fantastic. I can instantly feel the engine rev better and the throttle is a bit more responsive. I am pretty sure it will helps on my fuel consumption. Which i have yet to find out. Will buy one more bottle to deep clean during my next servicing.

What I like
really clean the engine. no gimmicks. The bottle is a good design, never waste a single drop of techron.

What I do not like
Price is abit pricey

Saw the advertisement on this product on sgcarmart.

I gave it a try yesterday.
After following the instructions on the bottle, there was an improvement in performance on my is250.

Not too sure whether my car became faster, but I did felt my car became smoother.

I have travelled 100km so far, still feels smooth.

Tried the TCP for the previous tank. Top up at the car park before I drove off as the petrol station is just less than 1km away. Filled up and the smoother idling was felt in the first 10 mins of driving in Start Stop conditions.

Overall can feel that the engine quiets down a bit, giving less vibration on the chassis. Lower engine noise in cabin.

What I like
Easy to use. Just pour in, fill up full tank and go.

What I do not like
Did not see any improvement on mileage. Price is quite high compared to similar products in the market. They launched TCP previously at $17 - that is more competitively priced.

Review
Followed the instruction and poured the whole bottle into the fuel tank before topping up. Not much effect felt immediately. Next day when driving to work, I am able to feel that the acceleration and pick up seem easier. Engine is smoother with less noise. As I drove, the engine seems to become smoother with the increment in distance. Overall I am quite happy with this product as my ride is about 7 years old and the engine is getting bit sluggish.

I tested this Caltex fuel additive.

Did not really follow the recommended mix ratio. Just dumped everything in when pumping full tank on my GS300.
Any surprisingly, I could feel the effect immediately.

I could feel my gear changes got smoother (my car 9 yrs old liao). And there was a power surge that kicked in linearly esp during highway cruising. Feeling I got was like though I just serviced my car.

I don't care about all the engine cleaning effects and stuff, cos I cant see that. But my butt dynamo gives this a thumbs up!

Those who have older vehicles should get one to try out to see if it works with their make and model.

What I like
Effect was immediately felt driving off from the petrol station. Pickup appeared easier and engine sounded less gruffy and strained. I am heavy footed so hoping for some fuel savings, but I have just filled up to full tank.

What I do not like
Maybe the pricing could be a tad more competitive.

In drive mode, vibration on steering wheel reduced. Engine slightly quieter & smoother. No noticeable effect on fuel consumption. Thanks Caltex & MCF for the complimentary TCP. Also this was despite I was using Caltex 95 grade petrol all these years.

Signed up for MCF event event and pour it into the gas tank. I always pump Caltex so doesn't have any effect i guess since caltex petrol already have techron.

Received this bottle of fuel system cleaner from the recent MCF event event and used it on my car. After pouring the TCP into the tank and driving for about 20 plus km, I could feel a noticeable difference in the responsiveness and smoothness of the car .

Will monitor the FC to see if there's any improvement. So far, pleased with the tangible benefits that you can feel when using this product and I would say I'm satisfied.
