I had went to a few shops listed in this forum, but all price are either without installation or need to pay extra for extra wires. When I reach this shop was attended by Ted, he is nice to explain every detail of the player that I enquire on. I was impressed by his patience and good service provided. My old player came with my car when I bought it and I had not touch any wiring before, he was nice to help me checks every wires, and he even provides extra wires due to my wires are too short. Without any extra charges!!! He even give me discount on e player which is within his acceptable range, not like previous shops that I went to, when I ask if have any discount, they just gave me a look and straight say >>>( Its very cheap already, no discount), but the price they quote is way higher than Audioimage :( I will definitely go back to this shop to look for Ted. Good job done :) Keep it up Ted :)

The person Ted, patience and good listener. Very detail in explaining the product and willing to do extra without complaining.
