his thing is something else! I have it in a box that's not enough cubic feet for it, on an amp that doesn't give it the power it needs, and yet it still sounds amazing. I had a 1800 watt type R before this, this kicker at the lower levels does well, I can't even tell the difference until you turn up the gain. I love the sub, give it the power it needs and a box with the cubic feet kicker suggest, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a nice thump. Wouldn't recommend for competitions - it's perfect for a daily driving vehicle.
