These set of Apollo Quantum Plus are excellent. They give me total confidence in my car, even on the wet. I love the way that when driving home on a wet night, these tyres look after me. If I am going too fast into a corner, the car just goes round with no fuss. Sure the car handles well but the tyres are what holds onto the road. A good sign with these tyres is that the grip is still good on wet roads even when the tread is well worn down. At the tread limit there is a bit of understeering and a bit more noise, but still very predictable handling. So good, in fact I didn't realise how worn the tyres were getting.

What I like
Gave me confidence on any type of tarmac, on any condition.

What I do not like
Comfort isn't something these tyres really have.

Review
While this tyre in my personal opinion is only average in terms of wet&dry handling, ride comfort and aquaplaning resistance, the real reason to buy these tyres is because it just won't die and it's cheap. The tyre wear is even and it wears down so slowly even grass grows faster thanks to its super tough 8 ply rubber walls. Great if you're lazy to change tyres every 40/50k or so.

What I like
Extremely tough and long lasting and reasonably priced

What I do not like
Gets noisy in certain road conditions.
