Developed by TRW's team of braking engineers, the coating eliminates the need for cleaning before fitment, providing the fitter (mechanic) and end user with peace of mind from the very start. Increased friction from the start with the brake pad also gives excellent braking feel, giving the end user confidence in their brakes and confidence in their service.

All TRW discs are manufactured to strict standards, and balanced using the latest computer techniques for complete accuracy.

Our aftermarket range of painted discs are also rigorously tested to OE specifications, using a large variety of tests including

• Salt spray tests
• Dynomometer tests
• On-road tests

TRW has developed a unique packaging method to completely prevent rusting which often develops during storage. First, the discs are wrapped in a specially developed VCI paper, which has a protective waterproof coating to prevent dust and moisture geting onto the discs. Then they are wrapped in a plastic bag for a second layer of protection. This double wrapping technique is a unique way of ensuring that the fitter does not need to clean the disc rotor before use and is getting a reliable product for a quick and easy job.
