The Sinfoni subwoofer S1200SW has a very compact design, capable of optimal performances and increased pressure levels. The selection of materials has been very carefull in order to reach the searched results: very versatile subwoofer, adaptable to every kind of install. The basket was chosen because of the very robust and special geometrical conformation. The openings located on the bottom of the basket allow for best heat exchange of the voice coil, avoiding so compressions below the spider, confering to the speaker more dinamic.
The moving equipment is made of a 65mm diameter voice coil, on aluminium frame, additionaly cooled by the 8 holes present on the bottom, between the spider and the windings. High quality copper wire, insulation class higher than 220°C, for the windings. Same care for the magnet field creation, two, low carbon value, iron polar layers, a very precise airgap, in addition to the two very robust magnets; all for an increased control of the moving equipment. A personal touch is given through a very elegant brushed alumium cap, typical for Sinfoni products.
