Once the mounting frame has been secured to the vehicle front, the daytime running light simply "snaps" into the mounting frame fixture. 

Each set contains 2 LED daytime running lights (8 LEDs each), mounting frame, 1 changeover relay, pre-assembled cable harness, and mounting instructions.
