Most aftermarket discs are adapting style that issued pads are out of disc around 1/4. To improve the symptom, VTTR spent tooling to extend the caliper's mounting bracket, and adopted FC-V compound material to be the highest quality amount aftermarket kits.
0-900℃ heat resistant titanium compound material, providing hi speed balance and 0.05mm flat polished kit, one of the highest kit on the market. Most aftermarket kits are adapting style or universal bracket for all vehicles. Adapting style causes pad edge out of disc and decrease braking performance while universal bracket suffers compatible issue. VTTR invested in mould tooling specially for extended bracket, allowing different vehicles use their own specific brackets, combining with 0-900℃ heat resistant titanium compound material to archive highly sufficient feedback.
Designed for Japanese-brand car models. Unlike other enlarged brake discs that incorporate adaptors which will cause the protrusion of one-fourth of the brake facing beyond the brake disc, this unit has a lengthened brake caliper base made through an exclusively developed mold.
