My white sportage was in dire and need something to make it shine. I have tried numerous of waxes, such as Turtle Wax and none have achieved the results I got with Meguiar's White Wax. I own a white ride, and even after regular washing, the shine wears off, making my car look dull even when it's clean! That was a turn off for me - I figured I need to do something about this. Unlike many wax products, this particular product has a very different feeling texture. I decided to try out this product since it contains several chemicals that are not included in typical wax. I was told that this product 'sure can use on your red car one!', and of course can, but the results are not outstanding. My car is just slightly shiny, and the small dents are still visible from certain angles. Not very impressive, don't think I will buy it again. But it might be much better on white cars since that is the intended use.
