A lubricant that does its job well  
I had downgraded from fully-synthetic to this OWS Synthoil TS 10W40, and I have to say this engine oil is perfect for its job. Gear shifting isn't much of an issue, not as what I expected from a semi-synthetic, for it actually gear shifts smoothly! There is very minimal vibrations and noise while idling. I would want to vouch the OWS Synthoil TS 10W40!
