HELLA PAGID brake discs are manufactured to the highest quality standards in highly automated factories. Care is taken every step of the way, from design and development, casting and manufacturing processes, to rigorous process and quality control ensuring we deliver nothing but the best product possible.

Brake discs are rotating in unison with the wheels, hence any imperfections will result in vibration, which the driver can feel through feedbacks from the steering wheel. This not only caused discomfort, but it can also be a safety concern. Hella Pagid discs eliminate this by tightly controlling the dimensional specifications, where the engineering tolerances are measured in terms of microns (1 micron is 0.001 mm). This is achieved through investment in state-of-the-art CNC machines, well-proven manufacturing processes, as well as tight production and quality control. In addition, each brake disc is also dynamically balanced before it leaves the factory. These measures ensure we only deliver perfectly manufactured discs to our customers.
