6 years ago I used blackvue for 1 year. Stop using because it stop working when I park my car under hot sun. I change to other brand but now I back.using blackvue. It more clearer and sharper, easy to connect my phone without error. Most importantly now it still work after parking at open space for 8hrs. My car was installed with an entry-level front/back in-car camera. I was not able to connect to the recorded clips using an app and was not able to change the date/time. Then the rear camera stops functioning and our car was also dented by some irresponsible vehicle owner whilst my car was parked in an open-air carpark. So, we decided to look for a new in-car camera set and decided to purchase BlackVue. With the BlackVue app, I can access the recorded clips, view and download/share it using my mobile. I just installed this dashcam after doing some homework online comparing a few well known brands. Replacing my BMW car eye2.0 is a must after it started draining my battery. I got the Xmas package from Blackvue and I also got a good deal with the Cellink NEO battery pack. The apps platform is easy to use and I can even monitor my battery status which is amazing. Reasonably priced, i used Thinkware, Iroad and Blackvue in the past. Go 1 big round come back to Blackvue for it's reliability and of cause EXECELLENT customer support. My previous ride came with an OLD 750X, it keep rebooting and i didn't know what to do and installed back a iRoad taken out from my previous ride. Brought the unit to Blackvue SG and although it's super old and out of warranty, the CS was so nice to ask me leave the unit there for testing, end up diagnose it's the memory card spoil, was so happy and i purchase a new memory card from them and install on another vehicle and still using it now. Thus no question ask or think, i went with Blackvue and install at the best installer Soundwerkz, Kelvin was damn knowledgable and patient, he answers EVERY Single questions of mine regarding the products and the differences although the 590 is consider cheap and entry level compared to 770 and 970. I explained to him i don't really need cloud or LTE, no hardsell to ask me buy the most expensive model, he recommends what suits my needs. Installation was also very professional, all cables tidy and hidden, i almost cannot see the wires! impressive work done!
