I installed this on
Subaru Forester
Review
Had the Lukas LK 7950 Wifi for 3 months now. Bought it after extensive research on all the car cams. So far so good - video quality for both back and front cam is good. I got mine connected to the car battery direct for parking mode recording. Motion Detection works just fine. I like the fact that all settings are done with Wifi application via the Lukas app on your smartphone. Videos can be easily downloaded with the app (although file size seems a little big). There is also the usual voltage cut off feature. All in all, I would say this blackhorse is giving the rest of its competitors a run for their money!
The only qualm I have is that default voice language setting is in Korean, but that was easily fixed with a quick email response from the Lukas customer service team.
What I like
- Good Video Quality
- Lukas APP wifi interface is very user friendly
- Voltage Cut off feature
- Motion Detection Recording in Parking Mode
- Great value for the price
- Voice Interface
What I do not like
- Default Language in Korean, but was easily fixed by downloading latest firmware
- Front Cam size is quite huge, but I can live with it
