I installed this on
Mazda 3
Review
Fitted on 2016 Mazda 3 Skyactiv
Used for 10,000km
Replaced OEM Toyo tyres with Hankooks.
Price then was about 140 per tyre.
Good response when turning into corners, car feel surefooted through the corner.
Wet grip is what impressed me the most at this price point.
Favours performance alot more than noise and comfort.
No visible negative impact on FC, may have made it better by 0.1km/l.
After 10k mileage (approx 6 months), thread wear still seems very good, hope it can last 3 years.
What I like
Performance for price.
A driving enthusiast's tyre.
Service at Hankook Woodlands.
Stability and safety for local weather conditions.
Durability (for now).
What I do not like
Not a comfort tyre. Able to feel all bumps and uneven road condition.
Road noise is more pronounced than comfort tyres, need to tweak radio volume higher.
