This is my 3rd consecutive BlackVue after my current BlackVue 900 died on me. In addition to the familiarity and comfort of using the App, the support I had from BlackVue through one of their Staff, Desmond, was the main reason I am sticking to BlackVue. For my current 900, I had 2 Cellink Batteries and a WiFi Dongle connected too. However, whenever I am parked under the sun, when I get back to my car, more often than not, my SD Card will be corrupted by the intense heat generated by the camera and I cannot even format from the camera. When the 970X Box Plus was launched, I figure this might solve my problem and decide to give BlackVue one last shot. Keeping my finger crossed. There were a few reasons why i choose this product despite the high price. Firstly, the dash cams are compact and it reduces the clutter if i were to choose from the conventional sized dashcams available in the market. Yes a seperate black box is needed but having said that, should there be a breakin in the car, the black box is hidden and the recordings are all kept there. Secondly, despite the small size, it is packed with 4K recordings. Lastly, it is blackvue, no doubt expensive but i know what i am paying for. - Javan, Owner of Toyota Alphard Hybrid SNV51--Y
