The pressure of water will go up once the temperature of radiator is overheated. When the temperature of the radiator increases to a certain level, the radiator cap will not be able to bear the overheated water temperature and will be blown right away. At the same time, the cooling water will also be blown off at this high temperature point which causes high breakdown percentage to engine room.
The breather tank which is made of aluminum alloy is designed to solve such problem. Its structure is designed in water cycle mode to eliminate the bubbles caused by the high heat which can efficiently prevent the increasing water temperature and decrease the temperature of radiator.
