The sound is typical ZR-sound: accurate bass, warm and transparent mid-high range combined with extraordinary dynamics. The speaker shocks you the first second that you take it out of the box. Instantly it can be felt that a lot of care and attention has been put into perfecting all details because the build quality is amazing. All surfaces are silky-smooth and only the best materials are used. The speaker also looks spectacular, and because of its Stabilit basket, it feels warm and natural in hands. All metal parts of the resonance-free basket are hand-polished to perfection and gold-plated with 24K gold.
Immense research has been invested in testing different magnets for the motor of the speaker. The best results have been achieved with four neodymium magnets. The cooling system for the spider is also specially designed. It reduces the compression of the air in magnetic motor to a minimum, which results in richer and more natural sound. The cone has also been specially designed by ZR Speaker Lab just for this speaker. It is handmade from Kevlar and weighs only 2.3g (uncoated). The deviation of weight between cones is only 0.05 g (each cone is weighted). The production of these speakers is very limited.

When you listen to the contrabass sequence, you can hear its whole wooden volume, not only base notes. The sound of the string expands in the room and floats around you for a long time in full dynamics (quiet-loud-quiet). When listening to the snare-drum you can easily hear the strike of the wooden stick on the membrane and the vibrations that spread out of the drum.
