Now armed with Titanium alloy tweeters, proprietary heat sink motor assembly and 50 percent larger voice coils, the new 3XL Series of coaxial speakers are ready to go toe to toe with the best of the best.
One of the ways to sound the best is to use the highest quality cone materials available. The highs are handled by an improved lower profile, pivoting tweeter now constructed from a titanium alloy for the ultimate in detailed fidelity. Our Hybrid Kevlar®/Glass Fiber midrange cones are lighter and efficient, yet still capable of giving you accurate sound reproduction while offering even tighter, controlled mid-bass.
To ensure a seamless transition between the highs and lows, each speaker is outfitted with its own internal audiophile grade 12dB crossover circuitry combined with chrome plated push terminals for easy connection and exceptional sound.
Other features include our innovative 3-0 impedance system, Butyl rubber surrounds, stamped steel baskets with a stainless steel finish, custom finned heat sink and custom grills.
