My car is parked in a open air carpark. My previous dash cams of other brands stop functioning after exposure to the hot sun. So it was pointless to set these dash cams to parking mode. I bought the DR770X box because of the innovative design and that the dash cam is less likely to stop functioning under the hot sun. And i can now set the dash cam to have parking mode and have my car monitored when parked. A plus is that the interior camera also captures the side windows. So effectively there is close to 360 degrees coverage.

What I like
Innovative design for hot climate.
The blackvue mobile app is easy to use.

What I do not like
Nothing so far.

Bought again to replace the 2.5 year old dr770x box camera. The cellink battery was occasionally beeping non-stop. Stopped the beeping by switching off the battery. Replaced the battery and beeping still happened. So replaced the camera. - Tim Ng, Owner of Toyota Wish
