Have used this set of tyres in the past. I personally feel that Goodyear Duraplus tyres are quite strange, at one point of the time, they grip and performs like a beast on the tarmac, and the other, you are just losing its grip on the road! I could never understand these set of tyres, but one thing for sure it does improve my handling and trust towards myself. When it loses grip, I learnt how to manage the situation. Nonetheless, these tyres are awesome when they perform at their peak! Goodyear always product good tyres!

What I like
Great gripping on the road both wet and dry, and good traction on the road

What I do not like
Strange tyres that performs weirdly sometimes

I have found the performance of these tyres very good in almost all conditions. Had installed a set on my Civic, and have not found them to be any noisier than anything else. I have used and I would certainly buy them again. As for fuel economy, I am convinced by how you drive, but yes, these do give a better fuel economy. Well, I am more concerned about grip both dry and wet, braking and good wear and tear, from that point of view they are certainly worth considering when buying tyres .

What I like
They perform great on wet and dry road conditions, brilliant handling, minimal risk of aquaplaning and very little noise!

What I do not like
Good things don't come cheap - these are no exceptions.

I picked these up for a reasonable price. The dry and wet grip is decent enough, the comfort levels are completely acceptable, and it isn't too noisy. The treadlife is actually quite good. The only problem is that there is better out there for the price I paid for these, and the performance was just average.

A simple tyre with reasonable grip performance and handling. Comfort wise is still acceptable for normal city driving. However, what really amaze me of Duraplus is the outstanding treadlife. Manged to clock close to 85,000 km I feel that is it the time to change for another Goodyear tyre.
