Review
A brilliant everyday tyre with outstanding levels of grip when it is of the correct temperature. Astounding performance when on the dry tarmac. The traction and subsequently, the braking performance was also excellent! The side walls are stiff enough to give you good feedback through the corners and great confidence and aggression. They are however quite noisy and are not suitable for anybody who i's concerned with such comfort factors. In the wet they are safe but not particularly confidence inspiring, I believe this is due to the harder compound. A good description would be as a high performance/track tyre for the road which gives a good idea of what they are designed for. However the price of these fantastic tyres are far more reasonable than similar offerings.

What I like
Great set of performance tyres that performs outstandingly as compared to previous performance tyres I've used. The aggressiveness of these tyres are just mind blowing. Love every single mile I'm driving on it.

What I do not like
Well, I must say the wear on this tyres are quite fast, for the fact that they perform so well.

Review
The Hankook R-S2 is a great tyre for spirited driving. Great traction (when dry) and for those who like to test the limits of cornering traction, its progressive nature helps avoid you landing on a kerb. It's certainly not a tyre for wet roads, though. Aquaplanes quite easily and the pull to one side is quite strong. I would not go above 70km/h on these tyres in the wet.

What I like
Really good grip and progressive traction loss - you can have a lot of fun on these tyres.

What I do not like
Aquaplaning is worse than Hankook's own S1evo. For those who only drive on the street, the S1evo could well be a better choice. Treadwear is also lower than the S1evo.
