Citroen will launch the e-Mehari - its cheery, all-electric four-seater cabriolet - in 2016. The e-Mehari is a bold, vibrant and quirky vehicle much in tune with the Citroen spirit, designed to appeal to customers looking for an alternative vehicle attentive to trends and the environment.
The unique personality immediately shines through in the exterior design, with a unique, optimistic design featuring full, warm contours, smooth lines and a smiling front end. The charismatic personality is accompanied by radical choices of colour, with four body colours, two roof colours and two interior trim colours.
Although the e-Mehari is a vehicle of simple, relaxed design, it nevertheless features advanced technology. It is an all-electric vehicle with battery technology based on the expertise of France's Bollore Group. With its LMP (Lithium Metal Polymer) batteries, with a top speed of 110km/h with a range of 200km in the city, the car combines a long range with performance, reliability and security.
Built at the PSA Peugeot Citroen plant in Rennes, the e-Mehari will launch in France in spring 2016.
