Lamborghini goes berserk with rare S$4.8 million Veneno super car

Lamborghini celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, and to pay tribute to its short but purposeful lineage of cars, it has created a remarkable 'decepticon designed' bespoke supercar - the Veneno.
The extensive use of carbon fibre allows the Veneno to tip the scales at just 1,450kg, which is 125kg lighter than the trim Aventador.
With a power-to-weight ratio of 1.93kg/bhp, the 750bhp contained within the 6.5-litre V12, mated to a quick shifting seven-speed transmission, allows a brisk 2.8 seconds century sprint before maxing out at 355km/h.
The Veneno brings aerodynamic efficiency of a racing prototype within the limits of road motoring. Every 'cybertron like' detail you find on this car pursues a clear function - exceptional dynamics, optimum downforce with minimal drag and perfect cooling of the high performance engine.
The distinctive engine cover sports six wedge-shaped openings, for optimal thermal efficiencies, which extend into the large dominating rear wing, improving efficiency during braking and rear end stability. Even the exclusive alloy wheels feature a carbon fibre ring around the rim to deliver additional cool air to the carbon ceramic brake discs.
The Veneno is finished in an all new, grey metallic colour with individual parts gleaming in the black of the visible carbon-fibre structure.
As per Lamborghini's tradition, Veneno is derived from the name of a former fighting bull. The Veneno was one of the strongest and most aggressive fighting bulls ever - famous for being one of the fastest bulls, on top of the distinction for fatally wounding the famous torero Jose Sanchez Rodriguez during a bullfight in Spain.
