- 3mm thick stainless steel ring placed on top to increase the strength and reduce flexibility of the aluminum basket - minor sound aberrations consequently
- 2-layer crossed glass-fiber/carbon-fibre cone gives an higher stiffness to reduce the break up on the edge
- The cone's lower weight improves the agility of the woofer in itself allowing to reach higher frequencies making the pairing with the T25T easier
- The new bi-wire voice coil (lower induttance, almost ½ of its predecessor S165W) has less back electro-motive force, to less magnetically restrain the cone and make it more free to act
- Very lightweight glass fibre voice coil support for a better heat sinking
