The housing design of the Rainbow Cyclone V12 22mm MDF sandwich construction with high internal density functions as an additional bass pulse stabiliser and prevents the strong decoupling of a bass pulse spreading. The rear wall of the housing is covered with sound absorbing insulation mat. The application of this technology ensures precise bass reproduction and is heavily used klangmitbestimmend next to the subwoofer chassis.
