The DW 9100 is a winter tyre designed to provide value for money. A pattern that is adapted to winter conditions uses a combination of block and transverse and longitudinal grooves and water and slush evacuation is facilitated by the wider grooves in the pattern. The sipes cut into the tread blocks on the DW 9100 create a large number of edges that improve traction on winter roads, these grooves are designed to grip against each other increasing stability when cornering.
